The Office of the El Paso District Attorney partners with cafv, MADD, WTCSCD, El Paso Police Department and the El Paso County Sherrif's Department to present Trekking through Tech: Victim Service Technology Policies!   Make plans to join us on Friday July 29th from 8:30am-12:30pm for this dynamic presentation!

Breakfast Brainstorm is a perfect opportunity for crime victim service providers to learn how technological advances have impacted family violence and intimate partner stalking.  How do offenders use technology to stalk, harass and intimidate their victims?  How can victim service providers work effectively with victims on the issue of technology?

Molly Voyles, Policy Manager from the Texas Coucil on Family Violence will provide the answers to these questions as well as a best practice framework for crafting agency policies adressing the dilemmas that staff and clients will face in the wake of advancing technology! 

Continuing Educational Units (CEU's), Texas Commision on Law Enforcement Officers Standards and Education (TCLEOSE) and License Professional Counselor (LPC) credits available.
